Its not really satire if its almost exactly what he said but slightly worse, theres not really a joke or commentary and it does succeed at being misleading, I feel like its fair to describe it as misinformation. Its just an exaggeration of how bad what he said is.
There are people in this tread litterally claiming its true because there are sources that substantiate him saying something very similar.

I couldn’t agree more, especially since, for anyone not from the US, even the most moderate White House posts are so utterly absurd that these days it’s really hard to tell the difference between satire and real-life clown show.
I can assure you that everyone is trying their best to adjust somehow, but it’s really hard given this level of absurdity.
I don’t follow US politics very closely, but the other day I saw the official whitehouse twitter account posted footage of them bombing someone, with wii sports ‘nice shot’ shit over the top.
These cunts have no concept of remorse, they’re having fun and joking around.
