Make every request in writing, using snail mail, then call every day (or multiple times a day) to see if they got your requests. Demand everything communication to you is done in the slowest and most expensive way for them possible. File FOIA requests for everything. Cop pulls you over, take a while to find your license and registration. Become sludge, become a quagmire. Make anything and everything the government does to you a huge use of their time and effort. Embrace your inner old man “get off my lawn” energy.
