Meh…use what you use, don’t judge others for what they use… unless it’s windows, fuck those guys.

Fedora here…I tried arch once…not for me.
Well my friend, we’re in the minority it seems. Everyone else suffers from choice supported bias. (The need to convince others to make the same choice they did to validate their choice in their mind.)
It’s probably the #1 reason I’m not a fan of trying to convince Microsoft users to come over to Linux… I’d rather we NOT have to dumb down what is essentially an almost perfect OS for a bunch of fuckwits who can’t figure it out…

Most of it absolute bullshit designed to piss people off… Hell even a lot of the “how to” videos contain a lot of rage bait. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve seen a mechanic doing something obviously wrong (and stupid) to generate “engagement” in the comments…
So yeah, I go look something up like how to install a car wrap (last night’s video).
One guy was obviously a moron, skipped it. Next guy kind of seemed to know what he was doing. Then I was done.
Maybe if it’s an exceptionally good video I’ll give it a like, but I never comment and I NEVER subscribe. And when I’m done, I close the window.

I go there to look something up. Usually videos on how to replace something on my car, that sort.
I don’t understand blindly sifting through videos. What’a stupid fucking waste of time.
To be fair, the current administration has so gutted the IRS that an audit would be unlikely regardless.
That’s now how the owners of all of these ‘full self driving’ cars feel …
I’ve worked with computers long enough to never EVER want to trust one to drive.
Pretty much fuck any car that’s connected to the internet…
Interesting. Well that’s terrifying. A little spray point and I can make an 85 mile an hour zone!
Not really. Most of the cars that display speed limits do it by retrieving data from an online source. I don’t think any of them actually read signs actually.
Sold. ;-)

The rare valid point. ;-)

Possibly, but people don’t seem to give a shit.
I can’t really complain, the last movie I saw in the Theater was Avengers, EndGame…

There I might have to draw a line. ;-)
Character recognition takes a LOT more processing power than reading an RFID tag.

VonBraun was also famous for rockets, but was still, under it all, a fucking Nazi.
Nothing he did after being a Nazi made up for that.

Oh I thought it was the ranch dressing.
I love cream-cheese in sushi actually.

Movie theaters aren’t for toddlers, no matter what the movie…
Probably, but really when it comes to driving there just needs to be an encoded lcoation in it… Hell three-words is all you need to mark any spot on the map to within 10’…
and what they really need is enough range to detect the last one, the closest one, and the next one…
There are a lot of ways to do it…Cameras and GPS are not it… I won’t go near any of the current incarnation of “Self Driving” pieces of shit… 40 years in IT and I know enough about computers that I don’t want one making real decisions for me.
I’m actually hoping the Windoze losers stay away…last thing we need is a flood of “make it more like windows” requests… Ugh…
