An Iowa man is taking Nintendo and Pokémon Company International to federal court for allegedly refusing to grant him “Pokémon Professor” status.

Oak would not resort to these tactics.

Something tells me attempting to sue Nintendo because you didn’t get the job should count as a pretty major blemish.
