The word for “knuckle” would be “Knöchel”, but that usually is not used when talking about fighting.
But we interestingly also have a backery-themed expression for hitting someone: “ich semmel dir eine” (Semmel being the Southern German name for a kind of backed breakfast roll, and for some reason used as a verb here…)

That’s quite the… “friendly” translation. I’d translate it as “polish your fucking mouth” instead.
You will likely get your mouth polished if you call someone’s mouth a “Fresse”.
I think gob is a decent translation for Fresse

That one used to be Dutch only, as ‘lol’ meant ‘funny’ long before the internet.
But had since become useable worldwide, in the anglosphere at least
