    I saw a study the other day explaining that people that learned how to swim at some point in their life are statistically less likely to drown.

      That one actually surprises me. I’m a lot more willing to put myself in positions where I might drown because I know how to swim. If I didn’t I wouldn’t go in pools or on boats
