According to an affidavit written by a DPS special agent, Ozment allegedly called the Governorâs Office on the afternoon of July 25. DPS claims Ozment left the following voicemail (KXAN has redacted the profanity in the transcript provided by DPS):
âI donât know which one of you sons of bâ-es passed this motherfâing bill to get this damn sâ blocking my motherfâing anime, but you whole aâ motherfâers need to unpass this sâ. Yâall are fâing ridiculous with your bâ- aâes. My Google account says Iâm fâing over the age of 18, and your dumbaâ is passing these dumbaâ laws. Iâm a fâing stab every goddâ one of you bâ-es. Unlock my fâing anime.â

The second sentence from the last sounds like terroristic threats.
Disclaimer: Iâm not a lawyer.
Edit: typo
Ah yes. I missed the word stab. I was focusing on the swear words. Still think terrorism is a stretch though
It actually stands for System TABle
No, itâs the name of a crime in the US basically meaning threatening to kill or injure: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Terroristic_threat
Maybe this will help.
Is every threat, no matter how plausible, considered terrorism, now?
Pretty much. The state has a monopoly on violence. They can threaten you, and use force, as much as they want. If you do the same, and they donât like it, thatâs terrorism.
It could be protected hyperbole, would depend on the jury I imagine https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/True_threat
That was always the point since those terrorism laws were passed. Any inconvenience can be articulated under that excuse and you can easily remove anyone by the same claims.
Everything working as designed.
Legal Definition of terroristic threat
Yes, please fall in line citizen.
