It deters people from going to the beach. Masses of people usually aren’t good for the environment.

I feel for the officials who had to make this decision because it’s a hard one. They have to balance the preservation of their environment with the influx of people onto the beach.

The only US president or government who has ever done this is this one. Not plural, singular.

How would you suggest I do this and still be able to know what’s happening in the world?

It’s different for different people, of course, and a lot has to do with how each of us deal with these emotions and situations. But something is happening in the US that makes these things feel 10 times worse for many people. Our psyches are being assaulted seemingly 24/7 by one man and the cult that surrounds him and we’re normalizing it. When I was younger I would never have imagined the American people would vote for a man like Donald Trump. I’ve heard the response of “just stop watching the news” or “don’t pay attention”, but that’s basically impossible. Yesterday I saw a man who is president of the United States on a national TV show yelling and screaming at his interviewer who rightly pointed out there is absolutely no evidence for his assertions where his only reply was vitriol. And examples like this can occur daily. I’d say for most people they feel the heavy weight of the pall cast over the US from this administration.

From my experience gay men have a lot more sex than straights.

There is no reason to compliment people on word usage. The point is to communicate effectively.

It could be any number of different things. Definitely communications and networks, or a billing or accounting system, any type of security that’s in place, databases, a CRM system, internal messaging systems like Slack, things that manage loads on servers, the OS you’re using, the codebase you’re working with… things like that.

That’s great. But I think you’re dealing with analysis paralysis here. You’ve already got more than enough things to choose from. Just start doing some of them.

It depends on how the aftermath is managed. The right will stop at absolutely nothing to basically canonize Trump after he’s gone and the left will be completely clueless about how to respond.
