The original commenter in this chain was making a point that the speech bubble is vertically flipped once he’s out of the hole. That’s all, he wasn’t saying anything about the deeper message of the comic.

To further this, this is why your monitor uses RGB, but printers use CMY (+K but technically you could get away with just CMY) Cyan absorbs red light, only reflecting red and green, magenta absorbs green light, only reflecting red and blue, and I’m sure you can guess what yellow absorbs. Your monitor on the other hand isn’t reflecting exterior light, it’s creating its own.

I think the point of the comic was either a commentary on intrusive thoughts, or the character realizing they’re depressed, based on that last panel. Don’t really believe it warrants this kind of aggressive response. It’s not like it’s advocating for people to drive head on into trucks.

There’s gotta be some way to design merges to encourage zipper merging, but I have no idea what that would be.

We also have a really bad merge up here where a single lane of traffic coming out a fairly sharp turn from a small feeder highway merges into the LEFT lane, resulting in people merging in at like 80km/h when the people already in the lane were trying to do 100+ (and come on, it’s the fast lane, they’re probably closer to 130)

Other people who can go straight to the boiler: people who don’t understand priority when driving. The amount of times I have to sit at a stop sign and like wave through a driver on the right who is waiting for me despite the fact that they have the priority is insane. Edit: just to be clear I’m talking about when I and that driver arrive at the same time
