10 days agoIt’s really a hard decision. My personal experience as someone involved in supporting immigrants in Germany, is that some do not integrate. its very hard for some to learn a new language, adapt to new culture… I know immigrant who cannot build a sentence in German after 5 years here. If you lack education, or unfit for hard physical work, what can you expect but collecting social money? So yes, the kids are in school and at some point they will learn. But the parents are forever in limbo. And they do not feel good about it. Would those people not have a better life in their origin country? On their own, I do not think they would go back but with some help….
