  • As someone from the PRC myself, I can share the following experience with you:

    雪花飘飘 北风萧萧
    天地一片苍茫
    一剪寒梅 傲立雪中
    只为伊人飘香
    爱我所爱 无怨无悔
    此情长留心间

  • I’m not the target audience for this, but I’m still happy to see GNU/Linux installation numbers getting pumped up in the near future. That’s why I like it.

I want an unmolested computing experience, and the more people use said unmolested computing experience, the better for the entire platform.

  • I really like the configuration aspect of it. You can customize how it works internally and how it even looks. For example, I use a big 1m diagonal TV as my main screen and I sit about 45cm in front of it. So with bidirectional integer scaling, Full HD looks kind of blurry and bad, but with lanczos scaling it looks great! And that’s why I like MPV.

  • He was convicted on 34 felony counts of falsifying business records and more importantly, he rallied people for an act of terrorism, namely attacking the parliament.

While I realise it’s more complicated than just a blanket ban for all criminals, in the case of Donald Trump, IMO, it really is that easy.

Edit: He also stole government documents. Another offense added to a list the US judicial system wipes its ass with.

  • Well then it’s pretty credible. The only problem is the judicial system in the USA is so fucked that a convicted felon can have the highest position in their state. And they even stated that they won’t prosecute a president no matter what crime he committed. So, what does it matter? At this point, the guy is convicted of multiple felonies and has committed multiple crimes during his term as president. And no one’s going to do anything about that.
