I’d say they found a carve out for crimes done by the rich and powerful is more inclusive of those who avoid prosecution. Diddy can get out in a little over 2 years, OJ got off, all CEOs of major corporations tend to get away with a lot, not just the white guys but former HP ceo and presidential candidate for the US Carly Fiorina, the CEOs of AMD, Nvidia, Google, Microsoft and more are not white guys and you would find it hard not to say what they’ve done isn’t criminal.

It’s crazy how war crimes can be premeditated put out publicly and will never be prosecuted.

It really doesn’t matter as most printer production is made in countries that want to sell to the US if not located there and I have yet to find a government who won’t use any excuse to add state espionage tools they can use and blame on others. ReVanced and Grayjay do the same thing but for free and are open source so long as Google keeps trying to engineer enshitification the proud people of the open source community will engineer a solution.
