Driving is way more risky than photography, unless you’re shooting in a war zone.

I guess you could argue that the rideshare driver doesn’t own a car solely for rideshare, but the same argument could be made about the camera.

I’d argue that the rideshare driver is putting more wear and tear on the vehicle than the photographer is per shoot.

OOP maybe doesn’t realize it, but her post is perhaps an argument for spending less on the camera.

The photographer even at these rates that she percieves to be low, is going to pay off her camera before the rideshare driver pays off the car.

I don’t hate him. He’s a typical rich asshole who was born with a silver spoon in his mouth.

I’d have no problem with him if he spent his time playing golf and sailing yachts, as long as he paid his taxes and would be held accountable for any fraud he commits.

I hate the people who looked at this guy and said “he represents me, I want him in charge”. Or “I don’t understand what the words communist or fascist mean, I just want him to hurt those other people I don’t like”.

The people who put him in power are the problem. Without them he would just be another rich asshole saying bigoted shit on social media that we could just ignore. If they didn’t put him in the White House, there’s at least a chance that he’d be held accountable for his crimes.

His social media posts would be a case of “say whatever you want old man, you’re just making yourself look foolish.”. Instead he has a platform to make the entire country look foolish.

I wouldn’t mind that so much if those payment methods were more universally accepted, but they aren’t.

I use a wallet case so I can put cards in the back of my phone case instead of carrying a wallet.

It’s even worse than that, they think the root cause is immigrants, minorities, and trans people.
