When you think about how evolution maintained anger (or led to its development) you can start to understand what anger can motivate. Anger is a spectrum from annoyance to losing your shit. A certain amount is helpful. Flipping out helps no one.

Edit: my being angry is a useful (usually destructive) emotion. It’s a call to action for me. Makes me want to do something to affect positive change. But sometimes just feeling angry is good for me. Makes me feel like I care. I would be worried if I wasn’t emotionally moved. This is just me.

Cuss words bad apparently even though every 5 year old says them these days. My cousins let their kids say words I didn’t let their siblings say until they were much older. Times change and language does as well?

Congrats on the 30lbs lost! 💖 You and me both. A healthy amount of anger can go a long way. I’m trying to get back on my grind right now and the frustrated anger is keeping me in the gym regularly (kinda)
