I personally prefer to put my money where my mouth is on the things I’d want to see more of (even if my contribution is technically negligible nowadays). So I get the 4k blurays of my favourites. And since I like going to the cinema (I just pay monthly to see as many films as I want), I’ll have already seen the films to know what are and aren’t my favourites (most of the time) so I don’t need to pirate movies.

I don’t care for streaming that much anymore, especially for movies. I rarely watch movies at home, and when I do it’s my favourites on 4k bluray with Dolby atmos. Every other time it’s going to the cinema usually once a week if I can. Netflix have always been shit when it comes to the cinema.

2·15 days agoIt seems to fail with some files. I think 4k and/or .mkv ones. I’ve had to use Kodi during those times instead. I’ve not going a great simple media player to use on Android tv yet. They all have their caveats. Unless there’s a better one I’ve not found yet.

Emphasis and meaning through context are key in the English language. “Correct” Grammar and “proper” RP English can get fucked.
