I am so sorry, my dude. I feel your pain as I struggled for quite a bit as well, my wife almost lost all trust in me during that period of time and it honestly was soul crushing af.

I hope for all the best for you, I can relate to that. Lost 3 clients as a contractor during 2022-2025 and currently work only with one single client and things aren’t going too well financially for him but I try to keep myself optimistic.

Oh man, I remember having an interview with a hungarian team for a videochat platform (I wasn’t fully aware that its related to videochat or pornography until the end of the interview), the technical lead corrected me on what CORS is, and he did it wrongfully. I opened mozilla docs for CORS and proved to him that I was right, he told me that using external sources during interviews is forbidden and rejected me. This was quite a few good years before covid happened and I am so glad I didn’t join that shit team.

It is, that was Schneider Electric which actually was one of the best treating factories around in that area. Nonetheless, few years later got out of that and opened my own business, moved from the workshop to web dev, but I can attest that being on the workshop floor was humiliating to say at least. If it weren’t for it to be so shite, I wouldn’t have pushed for my dream job.

Back in the day I worked in a plastic molding factory, on the workshop floor. Offices would get free days for everything and different stuff like food days, gifts for Christmas and other things while we got absolutely jack shit.

Which, I, personally, would say that have it the worst.

Fucking hell I share the same experience. I made an apple pie with buttery dough, the crust was just perfect. Have tried to replicate it ever since, not once it came even close. Same ingredients, same ratios, I am not sure what am I missing, maybe the temperature fluctuated just right, I can’t tell… maybe the apple juices were just right, so many factors…

As a side not for everyone. All religions were designed to get rid of the masses once we have the means for it. It was tried multiple times in the past but now we are reaching a stage where the military industry has the technology to “bring gods from the heavens”. There will be 2 kinds, the ones who accept their faith and “will be sent to heaven” and those who oppose and will be slaughtered just like the rest.

They will bring the biblical events to life through technology, get rid of the masses and have this heaven for themselves.
