When I was in college in 2013, this one guy in one of my Computer Science classes was talking about this new app called Tinder. Nobody could understand what the appeal of it was, everyone seemed to agree it was weirdly superficial and shallow.
Pretty surreal looking back now that app-based dating has become such a standard thing. Glad I met my wife before it happened, I’m not cut out this brave new dating world.








No, not at all. Many, many people are millionaires. A lot of people have millions in their retirement account. A lot of people have property that is worth a million dollars simply because the housing market in that area is that hot and they bought in years prior.
Think about how many properties are worth over a million in NYC, San Francisco, or the Washington DC metro area. Are all of those people who own them famous?
