Well that rather shuts down that potentially interesting conversation thread.

I thought that certain languages (I want to say French?) do not work this way.

A government’s concern is not in a single area.

For example some counties have free public transport, in part because it’s better for the economy as a whole. That wouldn’t make sense if public transport is privately owned.

When I was at uni (UK) we would never put our names on assignments. Everything was done by student number (I think the official term was something like “matriculation ID”).

i.e. in this instance the professor wouldn’t know whose paper this was
