Smartphones are the most useful thing ever day-to-day… So I want to keep those, like keep all the text and call and email stuff, keep the games I guess, but somehow also go back to the days when the Internet was something to peruse for an hour or so a day on the computer.

There’s a lot of “Heal the political divide” being said to mean “meet them halfway” when what it should mean is the ignorant and prejudiced learn and the media machine dismantled, like how “Heal the healthcare class divide” means “Help poor people see doctors affordably”.

10·5 days agoEveryone has something to hide. That’s why I’m not posting my online banking password or Facebook or letting anyone install cameras in my toilet.
I got rid of my home deep fryer for health reasons. It is dangerously easy, cheap, and quick to make quality fries…
At least the images clogging your search results were real images, not simulacrum…
Not only has AI made traditional Googling more difficult, but it’s also just clogging up the search results no matter what search engine you choose…
Also, I miss Pinterest.
Watching ‘The Mummy’ on streaming the other day… Unless subtitles were switched on, the translation when anyone spoke Egyptian wasn’t used. It also weirdly removed location title cards, like when there’s an establishing shot and text ‘Cairo, 3 months later’ or something.


Shame they never declared War on Disease.
