Nope. The charecter is the work of Charlie Brooker. Diane Morgan has provided material but the charecter was created and she was cast to fit the idea.

Barry Shitpeas is also a charecter written by Charlie Beooker for his various ‘Wipe’ shows. He was played by Al Campbell who was the director of most of them.
