haha some of the responses here being proof of that

Agree… and this is the path I’m following.

For many people once they leave their home country it becomes very obvious they don’t belong. For example, I left my home country almost 2 years ago and where I’m at now I stick out like a sore thumb. I left my country because it wasn’t someplace that represented who I was. So now that I’m in a new country everyone is aware of my existence.

If only history was that simple… I get what you’re saying and generally don’t give a shit about what people say but there are a few countries you could list right now where people would be in grave danger else where in the world. For example if I was Russian and found myself in the Ukraine… if I was Israely and I found myself in Iran…based on most comments in Lemmy… if I was from the US and stepped out my front door haha… but hopefully you understand what I’m saying… life isn’t that simple.

My account of like 20 years got banned and I never received any reason why… still to this day have no idea. no messages or anything. I tried making a few more accounts but was using alias emails and VPNs and such and they all got banned. After that I figured why do I try to hard if they don’t want me so I jumped ship…
never looked back

You’re a strange dude… You seem too want to craft an entire legal system around one perceived problem and are completely ignorant to the huge number of problems that would create… This is hurting my head reading this nonsense so I won’t be continuing this conversation. Good riddance

You continue to say some of the craziest things I’ve heard in a long time.
Please continue! What else you got locked up in that dome of yours you’ve been wanting to let loose??

It would be a terrifying world to live in if it was guilty into proven innocent

don’t really have a comment on the kardashians but your post history is a trip… not only the questions you ask but the responses you get to them even simply the upvotes and downvotes… lol

In the land of the free??? Absolutely. Pubic property though is a completely different story

Not sure if you’re open to non secular options but one we tried was gather round. It would be a fun summer school one because you can choose the topics and everyone does their thing together, hence the name.
If you’re looking for something more structured and free - we did easy peasy. It also has a religious tone but unlike gather round you can remove quite a bit of it if you want. Easy peasy let’s you essentially build the classes you want your kids to take… So you could do a language class, and math for one kid and then the other could do typing and language arts. I have nothing negative to say about either they helped us transition in our life to a new school which I’m appreciative of.
I used Israel as an example else where in this thread. Definitely a polarizing situation and easy to understand not everyone there agrees with their government.
