Almost all “hacks” of modern mainstream software involve users being stupid.

If you hear about a “hack” of a major corporation or hospital or something, the things that is never reported is that it likely started with someone with more user permissions than sense opening a phishing email.

They don’t care. They need their anti-intellectualism as badly as fundamentalist Christians.

But I do find it funny how Lemmy people will one jerk down vote anything that causes them any minor about it cognitive dissidence.

They look at you like that because they know, right now, you are young and feel invincible. And you practically are.

But they know that you won’t be forever. And they know that you are missing an opportunity to prepare for the second half of your life because you are living to the fullest now.
