I just read the article. I didn’t see anything about them having to “immediately leave the premises.”
He is saying that they’re paid through the last show, then they’re not paid anymore. And they (his staff, not the production crew) have a week to get their stuff out, which seems like plenty of time. He said he’s already completely packed. The crew has as much time as it takes to “wrap”.
Daily Beast is unfortunately very good at creating pro-left ragebait with it’s headlines. I have a sneaking suspicion that the reason Reddit’s politics sub is the way it is is because of DB.
And just to be clear, that’s not me defending CBS, fuck em. But it is me saying that Daily Beast has ALREADY changed the headline on their site from the time OP posted it.
