It sounds like the same reasoning as “People being gay is a problem that resolves itself cuz they don’t have sex.” As if being gay is something that can only be “passed down”.
Probably why the other person is getting upset, not sure if this is what you were trying to say or not.
Because they don’t want kids, genuinely dislike kids, wouldn’t be great with the kids, and as a result likely won’t have kids… so they won’t ever have to endure the horrors they are describing.
