    Yep… Here in Australia, they call them all “Raj”.

    Not all of them, but, at least on Facebook, they seem to make us look bad internationally

      Yeah, here, I see comments about their footwear or possibly wearing a turban. Oh and none of them can speak English. In fairness, English proficiency is a requirement to get a CDL (commercial driver’s license), and somehow some states did issue CDLs to people who were not proficient in English…but I seriously doubt it’s more than a tiny percentage of drivers that don’t meet the standard.

        Where I work we have 20-30 large trucks everyday. 99% of them the driver can’t speak any English. Like at fucking all.

        The requirements to speak English to get a CDL is a fucking joke. Always has been.

        This is California.

        A few days ago we had a oversize flatbed driven by a guy who’s English was so shit we where having a conversation via Google translate on his personal cell phone.

        English requirements for basically anything are a fucking joke. Its barely ever enforced to even the absolute bare minimum degree. In my experience.
