    I hate this mindset. Humanity is definitely not a virus. There’s so many tribes and small farmers and fishermen who respect nature and live with it in harmony.

    Assholes and the super wealthy are the viruses.

    Oh and by the way, maybe every organism‘s cells nuclei are viruses (all multi cell organisms) - there’s evidence that the nucleus is a virus. So maybe we, as living beings, are viruses after all? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Viral_eukaryogenesis

      It’s a partial truth. It’s what makes storytelling villains great. If they didn’t have an ostensibly plausible reason for being evil, villainy looks cheap and painted on. What is Thanos without his half-truth sustainability philosophy and ethics? What is Smith without this speech?
