Noel is mentioned several times in files released by the Justice Department. She was allegedly on the receiving end of a threat the FBI was asked to investigate in 2021.

In an email, New Jersey-based lawyer Jason Foy wrote that Noel received what appeared to be a redacted threat from an individual identified as “Vegas Army Vet” that read “Go ahead and let your client Tova know, THIS ISN’T OVER!!”
