I think you vastly underestimate people. There are 10s of millions of them who are different combinations of both stupid and evil.
There are two types of Trump supporters.
Avoid them both.
I know its a joke, but dont avoid them. Talk to them and get into arguments. Its unpleasant for sure but you will get nowhere by dividing the population further and isolating the faschist cult even more than they already are. I believe a majority of them are just trapped in their bubble of propaganda.
Arguing against people that are as resistant to change as these idiots could have the opposite effect and cause them to dig in. You really can’t win with these assholes
Youre talking about half your country here. If you really believe 150 million people are “resistant to change” and all of them are as obsessed with their god Trump as the most hardcore MAGAt, thats just sad and doesnt make you better than them.
The problem with that is that I only know how to argue with facts and logic; two things Trump supporters do not understand in the slightest so talking to them also goes nowhere.
You do realize youre completely generalizing and claiming half the US population does not understand logic. Thats not even slightly better than Republicans blaming all immigrants for the crimes of a few. Just because you think you have the moral high ground you cant start dehumanizing people, its exactly what theyre doing.
