Iirc that was Ireland ruling “bread” can’t be more than 2% fat or sugar
2% total weight of flour, and Subway’s was 10%.
That means Brioche is also not considered bread in Ireland.

Is butter a carb?
Not when you dip a stick of it in sugar and eat it that way. The butter cancels out the sugar and it becomes a super food.
