I have the Moondrop Chu 2, an awesome IEM that works really well, but the brass nozzle it has easily oxidises, especially given that I live in a relatively humid climate, so green bits keep on clogging the nozzle and need to be cleaned out. Are there any good value options (let’s say under 100 ideally) that don’t have a brass nozzle (or similarly corrosive materials)?

edit: I have bought the Truthear Gate, since it appears to use a plastic nozzle

I own a Simgot EW 300 and Kfine Delci. I never faced any issues with the nozzle. You could maybe try changing the eartip material as well. May be try silicon eartip like Spinfit or try some foam eartips. Spinfit is a bit on the expensive though.

Moondrop Chu 2 is on the lower budget side, so I’m guessing it could be due to cost cutting from Moondrop. The price of IEMs increased nearly 30% in the past 1 year, so the cost cutting thing could be a possibility.
