I’m so autistic that the idea of mixing any kind of food with bodily greaseholes is beyond horrendous to me, even if it’s something other than stinking cheese. Like, I’ll happily chomp on whatever bodypart you want me to, but if you first drizzle delicious syrup on it, forget it. Food and sexjuices are non-overlapping magesteria.
You know that’s how we probably got cheese? Some woman with a yeast literally put her hand in the yeast area, then in the milk container and created cheese accidentally.
Or feet! It could have been a guy with the most stinky feet. We just don’t know.
So more like “honey! I gutted the cow like you asked, where should I put the guts?.. Oh put those in the milk and let that sit for a few months in the cool part of the cave!”
Kill an animal, not murder. Murder is the unlawful intentional killing of another human being. Killing a cow in this way is neither unlawful nor does it refer to a person.
I mean if it’s a short term thing I suppose you could have them drink a bunch of it and then puke it up at your destination. I’ve done that as a kid after drinking a bunch of milk and then going running around in the hot sun.
100% this, but animal stomach and not bladders. Because stomachs contain rennet which are the enzymes that are used to make cheese. Cheese is not made with yeast. It very certainly is not related to a woman with a yeast infection …

Brand new sentence!
My SIDES
[×] The French hated that.
But sweet and salty mix is so good tho

Cheese requires some stomach enzymes or something like that, making it wildly unlikely the first cheese was human derived.
Not all require rennet, like cottage cheese for instance
That requires some form of acid.
It’s most likely that stomachs were used to transport milk, and gave rennet from that source.
So more like “honey! I gutted the cow like you asked, where should I put the guts?.. Oh put those in the milk and let that sit for a few months in the cool part of the cave!”
They put the milk in animal stomachs because they’re fairly easy to make watertight.
The ancestral plastic bag… But you must murder an animal.
Kill an animal, not murder. Murder is the unlawful intentional killing of another human being. Killing a cow in this way is neither unlawful nor does it refer to a person.

How did the cheese taste?
Like pukey fruit loops I would have to assume.
I thought it was nomadic people carrying milk in animal bladders or something
It was. In their stomachs, like the other poster said. Based on everything we know. Altphoto just has an active imagination.

Ah! That makes way more sense!
Relax, nothing will be mixed. Parmesan crust is not edible.
edit: abort relax, I repeat - abort relax! As pointed out in comments, those who (like me) throw away the crust are wasting good’a chees’a!
People often cook with the rind, and it is absolutely edible.
Ok TIL, thanks
