Booster Gold” was one of the first projects announced by James Gunn when he took over creative control of DC Studios, naming it one of the shows that would be part of the DCU’s first chapter, “Gods and Monsters.”
I remember hearing about this and thinking “that’s a bad idea!”
I like Booster Gold, but to me he should probably stay in the comics. A lot of stuff should.
Idk if done right I could see it doing well. Basically write him like he was in that JLU episode “The Greatest Story Never Told” where he’s reluctant to actually act heroic until something clicks and he finally “gets it”
I could see if they were trying to do the justice league international type thing were batman put it back together with lesser known heroes. that would 100% have to start with batman though and have some context about what happened to the justice league before that.
