Just earlier heard from a colleague about her sister who is now partially paralized after blacking out for a few seconds because she fell on some stairs. The real number is gonna be so much higher, because it doesnt need to be the heat that kills you. People will be less focused while driving, cycling, walking, etc. due to the heat and i doubt that they will count a car accident as heat related unless there are very obvious signs.

This looks at the difference between normal deaths and the ones during the heat waves. So more car accidents due to heat stress would be included.
