Not remotely - for starters there isn’t intense nudity, especially not compared to plenty of others shows, but even if it was and that made it radical, why does some nudity mean people will expect nudity from everyone?

Ok however you want to phrase it you’re still dancing around the meaning of radical and how it creates this expectation.
In this case the meaning of radical is the presentation of intense nudity usually in the form of incest. I hope that cleared it up.
