Sometimes you get bored with the big internet so you check the small internet to see whats new
I hate working with Medium Screen. I look at Medium Screen so long at work but then I get home and I love having Big Screen on while I scroll for anything entertaining on Little Screen.
That’s why more people need to start reading books, if you find it boring you will love it with the right book, writing and painting is also refreshing, make literary times a habit
I use an e-book, so even when I’m reading I’m still screening!
That’s still reading and step in the right direction, remember physical books give a whole different experience, if they have a memorable cover design that’s even better
I swear, for some reason my eyes get less stressed with the phone that with my monitor

I got a e-ink reader so that I would use my phone less
