    Nevermind that Servers make more money than every single person in the supply chain.

    FYI, the restaurant owner is in that same supply chain. So no.

    Also, I think commercial fishermen make decent money in the US.

      Yes let’s also include the CEO of Longhorn Steakhouse in that supply chain. Or better. Let’s compare the server to Mr. Warren Strawman Buffett since he owns shares in Darden Restaurants Inc. “They’re all part of the chain”

      Commercial Fishermen make ~ $15/hour.

      Any server worth their salt makes more than $15/hour after tips. The mean is $17/hour according to the United States Government, and that’s assuming the US government knows about all of their tips - they don’t.

        $17/hour isn’t a living wage anymore.

        Also, don’t be obtuse. I’m talking about locally owned restaurants. It would be really stupid not to consider the owner of the restaurant as part of the supply chain.
