I’m tall, yes. I’m below 20% body fat, so I’m not exactly thick. I’m cheating though. I was a competitive swimmer so at one point I had “achieved” 5-6% body fat. I was literally grazing all day long at that point. My body never forgot, so I don’t really put on weight.
Interestingly enough, I’m the opposite. Stopped lifting weights, cycling and all the other physical activity I used to do, gained 30 kilos over the next 5 years. Joy of going from being a student to having a depressing job.
The grazing habit stayed and the body for sure forgot how to burn 5000 kcal a day so even if I ate less than I used to, I still gained weight.
Welcome to the club. I was also a competitive swimmer and I don’t remember a moment where I wasn’t eating or swimming. Even stealth eating during class. But I could not breach 70kg. Covid got me just above 70 so now I am right in the middle of the normal BMI range.
My swim trainer though. He stopped swimming but I think he forgot to stop chronically eating. He was probably above 150kg, so it could go either way.
193 / 104 here. Your guy needs to walk more.
Ummm… 190 / 84 here. But I think I have it about right. Yes I walk a Lot.
Yikes! I hope you don’t have a large frame. If I dropped to 84, I’d be 9-10 kg underweight. I really should be somewhere between 95-96.
Mate I used to be 196 | 76 now 196 | 100 need to lose a couple kilos
Still on the big side
