The article says that this is some sort of conservation move to limit the impact of humans on the beach.
So, they’re intentionally making this beach less appealing, is the story.
I don’t know about Sardinia, but if this was happening in America, you can be sure that the root cause would actually be a rich person who is annoyed by too many people on the beach they want to go to.
Punta Molentis is within a designated conservation area.
Punta Molentis is reopening after being closed since last July after a devastating wildfire started by arsonists.
How flammable are umbrellas?
Did the arsonists also go through hudreds of acres of wood and brush with blow-driers, or was the susceptibly to wildfires a natural consequence of climate caange?
We need more dead people!
